Deep analysis of cryptocurrency transactions across banks, exchanges and wallets allows our fraud investigators to expose the true identity of scammers and their linked bank accounts.
Option A
In 95% of cryptocurrency fraud cases we investigate, we successfully recover funds directly from banks or financial institutions who aided the transfer of client funds to a crime. This process is known as Authorised Push Payment Fraud, or APP Fraud.
Our experienced investigators gather evidence to prove criminality and to strengthen a clients claim for compensation. The recovery of all client funds is handled by (UK) Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA) regulated lawyers, who represent our clients directly.
Option B
We conduct an investigation to identify the scammer and their linked bank accounts. Evidence is passed to law enforcement agencies to freeze accounts linked to the scammer ahead of actioning recovery procedures.
Option C
If necessary, we recover funds running both options in tandem.
